All I want is a pretty dress with a collar. Any ideas where I can find one? I've been keeping my eye open in the op shops but so far no luck so I'm thinking of looking at some online/ etsy stores, but I don't know where to start!
oh yes! These are just delightful. A great online store is modcloth.com they have so many cute dresses! Something like... http://www.modcloth.com/store/ModCloth/Holiday+Gift+Guides+2009/Vintage+Lover/Fifties+Sitcom+Dress
Ahhh I have the same obsession at the moment, i think that wish wish wish sparked it!
I have a solution for you lovely!
I couldnt find the perfect one neither, so I bought a few vintage white lace collars off ebay (£2 for 2!)and have sewed one onto a plain black shift dress and am currently searching for the perfect navy blue dress for the other one
I get pretty collared dresses from the Asian stores in Auckland - Atrium on Elliot, in town. But as you're in Hamilton that might be a bit difficult.. Good luck anyway Amanda! Love Josie x
It was rather interesting for me to read that blog. Thanks for it. I like such topics and anything connected to them. I would like to read more on that blog soon.
Love your photos collected of collared dresses. I go to topshop.com they have quite a few similar to T.B.A. (to be adored label) but alot less expensive kat x
I get your obsession! They are gorgeous! I love the black one with the white collar!
