Tea cups and china

I just found the most adorable set of pictures on flickr- tea cups and china! So pretty. I would love to get my hands on those the classic penguin book cover mugs!! I am a firm believer that a cup of tea tastes so much better if it's in a pretty mug or tea cup and even greater when made in a beautiful pot.

I'm so with you on the penguin mugs! Borders has been selling them and I think I saw them at Iko Iko on K'Rd.

  4. oh those penguin mugs are the best! i love then :) yes tea tastes so much nicer out of a good mug. i hate those ones you often get in hotels which are really thick. they just ruin the taste!

  7. They're so delicate, like, I don't want to use them and just place them in the living area's centre table. :)

  14. I am with you. I think it fully makes a difference whether tea is floating precariously in a old worn out mug or if its drifting delicately in a beautiful mug. Too poetic?
