Yesterday I arrived at work to find a basket on my desk filled with homemade cup cakes, m&m cookies, fudge and lollies, made by two lovely friends of mine. And it got me thinking, when was the last time I did something spontaneous to bless someone else? Even just something small like leaving a note saying "I love you" can really brighten someones day and I want my amazing friends to feel treasured and appreciated.
So I'm starting my acts of kindness by sending a parcel to my American friend with a bunch of New Zealand goodies she's been missing. I'm feeling kind of excited! Doing something- even if it's small- to bless someone else is a really good feeling!
Edit: I totally wrote this whole post then lost the entire thing... I definitely didn't word it so well the second time around but you get what I mean, right?!

so so so lovely!
ReplyDeleteit made me think the same thing straight away...
