Sometimes it's just nice to return to old favourites. Photographer Bigitte Sire is one of my one of mine and there's just something so comforting about visiting her site and enjoying her pictures all over again.

I never promise you rose garden

So i know I said in my last post that I love white walls but then today I've found these pictures and been reminded all over again how much I love floral wall paper. Hmmmm. Maybe when we have our own house one day we'll have the best of both!

All I want is a pretty dress with a collar. Any ideas where I can find one? I've been keeping my eye open in the op shops but so far no luck so I'm thinking of looking at some online/ etsy stores, but I don't know where to start!

I'm back from a few days at the beach and feeling nice and relaxed and rested. It was good to get away from the internet for a bit and enjoy spending time outside in the sun. Only one week left of my holiday, I'm trying to make the most of it!

A cup of tea?

When it comes to tea I'm a firm believer in two things- 1: it always tastes better if you're drinking it from a pretty mug or tea cup and 2: that a cup of tea and a browse through your favourite blogs is the definition of a perfect afternoon.

Any other tea drinkers out there? I'm an earl grey or english breakfast girl, and when it comes to herbal teas green tea or white tea with pear win for me every time.

I'm dreaming of a summer holiday

In other news I'm off to the beach for the rest of the week. The beginning of the semester is drawing near for me and I'm determined to make the most of this summer so the hubby and I are off for a week of swims and sunshine and barbecues. I've scheduled posts for the next few days so leave me some love to come home to :)
