Yesterday when I said I was feeling inspired a few of you mentioned that you haven't been feeling that way at all lately so I thought I would share some pretty pictures I've been loving that will hopefully break that uninspired feeling. Hope you like them as much as i do!

I am feeling all inspired today, not for any particular reason but it's making me happy! Life is good :) I can't believe Easter is almost here. I am looking forward to the long weekend and hiding eggs around the house for my husband to find.
I am in love with this beautiful home! Lately I've been trying to get back into putting personal touches in our place like framing pictures and art and putting fresh flowers around and pretty places like this are so inspiring to me. I love the framed florals.
In Most Light, a beautiful etsy store full of so many pieces I am coveting, especially the locket in the first picture.
I don't think I have mentioned it properly on here before but I am part of a New Zealand blogging community called Fix Up Look Sharp. It's a collective of kiwi creatives from artists and photographers to business owners and musicians and there's all kinds of interesting pictures and videos and tid bits to check out. One of my favourite sights is when there are stripes of sunlight seeping through a dark room. It's one of those simple underrated sights that you can find every day, either in the morning to wake you up, or right at the end of the day as the sun bids farewell. It's captured brilliantly in these photographs, don't you think?

Abby Try Again
I've had no internet at home for almost two weeks now and it's making updating the blog a little tricky. This week I'm also away for a conference so if there's no posts for the next couple of days I'm really sorry! Hope you all have a lovely week, hopefully by the time conference is over our internet will be fixed and things will be back to normal here.
Why is that pictures of messy beds always look so magical? If only the same could be said for the days when I don't make mine but sadly no haha.

I'm not ready to be a mummy but I really really really want a kitten! I've been trying to convince the husband that it's time we add a pet to our lives and I think I almost have him convinced. Cross your fingers for me :)

I found this on Cori Kindreds blog, which she described as, "just thinking outloud... in glitter" and I thought it would be a nice bit of empowerment to share here.

A Collection A Day is Lisa Congdon's blog documenting a 2010 project where she will photograph or draw one collection per day for the year. I'm a bit of a collector myself so it's pretty interesting for me to see the collections she comes up with. I love the owls!
