I've never done a recipe post but today I will attempt to share with you how to make some Peanut Butter & Chocolate pastries a friend and I made this week. We got the idea from here and we were super excited to make them because in New Zealand it's really hard to find PB and chocolate treats, even though we all know it's the best flavour combination.

Ingredients: puff pastry sheets, chocolate, peanut butter.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and roll out two of the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface then place them on top of each other

Cut the sheets into squares

Add dollops of peanut butter and pieces of chocolate

Replace the top pastry layer and use a fork and a little bit of water to seal the edges

Brush over with a little bit of milk, then pop in the oven for around 10ish minutes

And then you're done!
Pretty much the easiest recipe ever and so quick to make. If you decide to give them a go let me know what you think of them :)

Sounds amazing!! I love the combo of salty/sweet with choc and peanut butter so I'll definitely be giving these a go :)
ReplyDeleteMmm! They look so yummy! I agree - it is so difficult to find peanut butter and choc here! About the only thing I've found are peanut butter cups!
