(Asianicandy dress, Hunter Gatherer turband, vintage shoes)
The fact that I have this dress in my wardrobe is proof of a bloggers influence. I had never heard of Asianicandy before, but Tieka from Selective Potential and Kani from K is for Kani both blogged themselves wearing this cute little number and I immediately followed the links and snapped one up for myself. You can see how Tieka styled it here, and how Kani styled it here.
It's a little shorter than what I normally wear (and this was the biggest size available!) but I love it and it's made from a thicker fabric and with an extra lining as well so it's going to be great for keeping toasty this winter!

great post:)
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love it when you see someone wearing something and you're like "I have to have that!" - well, when you get it, that is. It isn't very fun to have that happen when you find out they got it three years ago, from a thrift store, or some other way where you can't get your own. ;-D
ReplyDeletelovelovelove your outfit

ReplyDeleteI loved that dress too when I saw it on Tieka. I entered her giveaway for it & won! Just waiting for it to arrive in the post ...
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous dress! I have the length problem with asian dresses too, I'm very tall so a lot of the time they fit me like tunic tops rather than dresses! I've found wearing a contrasting skirt, or a pair of shorts, underneath really helps :)
ReplyDeleteThe dress looks oh-so-lovely on you, Amanda! :)
ReplyDeleteI just love this dress! Seriously, you are going to get so much wear out of it this winter :)
