Red Door

On the weekend I spotted this pretty red door and managed to convince the husband it would be a good idea to snap a few pictures of me in front of it! Which involved sneaking around the back of a theatre and climbing up on some kind of loading platform! Things you do for a blog, haha :) And while we were there the water fountain came on so we awkwardly ran across muddy grass (not ideal in those shoes) to get a few pictures there too.

(Hunter Gatherer Turband, Somedays Lovin dress c/o Market HQ, Glassons shoes, Mink Pink denim jacket)

There was quite a breeze going so not getting a blast of wetness across my back was an art form but I managed it! What started off as a quick pitt stop to take a picture or two ended up with Jeremy and I in fits of laughter as we dodged mud and water and ran around like crazy people in the middle of town with a lot of cars driving past. I'm grateful to have a husband who will bear with me and my crazy requests!

This is so true! Enduring people staring at you when you want to take pictures of pretty things, food, or surroundings is a big one! Haha.

  22. Haha I love this story! Husbands and boyfriends are truly the unsung heroes of blogland, I know my poor husband has had to put up with more ridiculous photographic experiences than he would like... And that's why I love him ;)

  32. I applaud you! I don't know if I'd have the courage to go sneaking around the back of a theater to get pictures - though I would really want to! And your husband much love you a ton and be really patient! I hope I end up with as sweet a guy. <3
