Little things in my life that are making me smile lately:
unashamedly singing rap songs loud (and badly) with my husband no matter where we are or who we're with ♥ starting the day with a podcast while we try get out of bed (it's winter in New Zealand and freezing) ♥ finding the kittens top & tailing in one tiny basket to keep each other warm ♥ turning the radio in the car down during the music & up during the talking for the hilarious banter ♥ getting in bed super early then reading for hours ♥ organising all the files on my computer into dated & titled folders ♥ roast vege & cous cous salads ♥ thick socks ♥ mulled wine ♥ watching documentaries with friends ♥ when someone you admire starts to follow you on twitter ♥ taking packed lunches to work ♥ doing the groceries under budget ♥ dreaming of owning a house and planning what colours to paint it & how to decorate ♥ getting special treats in the post ♥ a strong cup of tea ♥ just being in the same room as someone you love
All such lovely things. I'm really enjoying the little delights that winter brings (:
