Last month I took the big step to get my first major haircut in years. It was a big deal for me so I eased my way in and didn't get it too short (check out the post here) but this weekend I finally got up the courage to go for the cut I'd been really wanting- a long bob! It's such a huge change for me but I'm really enjoying it.
Pretty crazy to think only a few weeks ago my hair was this long! But it was so unhealthy and dry and split and it was definitely time for a change. I'm loving how quick it is to wash, how fast it is to dry and how much longer it takes to go through a bottle of shampoo!

ReplyDeleteThis post makes me a bit "AHHHH, NO!!!" but only because I WISH my hair was as long as yours used to be, I haven't cut it since the beginning of the year! But I know how you feel, as I used to have hair up to my bum and I decided to go for the chop, too. The long bob suits you very much!

I did the same thing! I grew my hair out for over a year so that it's be really long for prom and high school graduation. The day after graduation I got it cut to where you did the first time. I liked it, but knew I wanted to go shorter after a week or two. My hair is now just barely grazing my shoulders and I love it! Perfect for summer, college life, and a much needed change! <3
