I was thinking that the end of daylight savings in New Zealand this weekend would cause a struggle for my blog (less sunshine hours to shoot pictures in after work) but instead I discovered today that after work has become the perfect time to shoot. With the sun going down and the soft twilight glow filling the sky, my pictures have the lost the harshness that comes when shooting in bright, direct sunlight.
So here's to Autumn! Not only has daylight savings ended for now, but also there's a little more crispness in the air and I'm enjoying adding more layers to my wardrobe, putting soups back on the menu and pulling the winter pj's back out of the wardrobe. Bliss ♥

ReplyDeleteI'm still getting my head around the fact that it's going to be winter over there, whilst summer is coming on my side of town. :] Do you like putting on layers in winter? P.s. Photos are as pretty as ever! ^.^
ReplyDeleteYes, here's to autumn! Although in QLD it merely means less humidity in the air and being able to walk outside without instantly working up a sweat... haha.
