It's amazing how quickly a month can fly by, I can hardly believe this is my final post in this series. As I mentioned at the start of this challenge, my health and fitness journey actually began back at the start of December but it's been fun to kick it up a notch this month and connect with those of you joining in on the lifestyle change too! I've created a 'health and fitness' tag for my blog posts so that here and there in the future I can continue to update you on my progress with all of this.
Anyway I hope those of you taking part have enjoyed this month and seen some rewards. I am onto my 6th week of maintaining my goal weight and feeling great. This month I ran my first ever 10 km (beyond stoked) and am doing well with upping my water intake. So all in all I am pleased!
