Just A Minute
Reading: Game of Thrones - I'm trying to get through it before I watch the TV show and I just got The Perks of Being a Wallflower on my Kindle so I can read it before the movie comes out
Watching: The O.C season two with Jeremy and Sophia Grace and Rosie clips on youtube - can't help myself, I love them!
Working On: Improving my photoshop skills, Pugly Pixel youtube tutorials are a big help
Looking forward to: The big move to Auckland and a change of pace in the bigger city, new opportunities and challenges, getting out of my comfort zone and living closer to family
Eating: Lots of birthday cake (this year it was red velvet, so good) and trying to make up for it in other ways by eating healthier things like Blue Diamond flavoured almonds, yoghurt & fruit
Missing: Some of my closest friends who all live in different cities now (Emma, Ilana, Sone this means you!)
What are you up to in June so far?

I've just been on a lovely trip to Melbourne - such a beautiful city! definitely got the travel bug now... June is for saving up again after my trip, hanging with friends and reading Game of Thrones as well - just bought the first book =)
ReplyDeleteI'm also using pugly pixel to help me out on photoshop, all the tips are SO handy.

ReplyDeleteI've just finished watching the last episode of Season 2 of Game of Thrones & I'm so envious that you have it all ahead of you. I think I may have a bit of a crush on Tyrion too. I love this idea for a regular blog post...it's a nice way of hitting the pause button on your life too.
ReplyDeleteI also want to learn more about Photoshop! And yes, Pugly Pixel tutorials are a big help!

Ooh, how are you enjoying Game of Thrones? I started the TV show first and love it, so I'm afraid now of tainting my love for it with the books.
ReplyDeleteThe O.C. re-runs never get old. ;)
My June's been pretty busy thus far. I've been in rehearsals like crazy for a gig I'm playing on Saturday. Getting a little nervous, but it should be fun!
xo.
You will LOVE the book The Perks of Being a Wallflower, such a honest and great read :) & this June, I've just been trying to be more healthy and hit the gym and eat more accordingly. Also, refine my writing as well ;)

Good luck with the move.
ReplyDeleteI am reading The Cathcer in the Rye and loving it--why haven't I read it before?
I first read Perks of Being a Wallflower about 5 years ago when it was recommended by the 'deep/misunderstood' boy I had a crush on at the time. I read it once and didn't particularly care for most of it. I read it again a year or two later and loved it. Red Velvet cakes sounds amazingly good!
ReplyDeleteThis month has been a pretty good one so far! It's been busy/productive and pretty family oriented.

ReplyDeleteTrying to improve my blog! But I'm getting so much inspiration from yours :)

"The O.C season two with Jeremy and Sophia Grace and Rosie clips on youtube". you claim to be educated but can't even figure out where to put a comma?
ReplyDeleteOooh rude comment "Anonymous". Funny how when people are rude they don't want anyone to know who they are. Yes a comma would have made that line read easier, but maybe it was just accidentally missed? I'm pretty sure most people were able to figure out what she was saying.
