Today Jeremy and I went to the zoo. We took the Canon with the hope of capturing some really beautiful shots of the animals but arrived to discover that even though we brought the camera along, we had sadly left the memory card at home. So unfortunately our day was instead shot on our iphones which doesn't allow the same freedom and quality, but hopefully you get the idea! Getting up close with the cheetah was probably the highlight of the day, but the meerkats, otters, seals and lions were firm favourites too.
Officially we have internet in our new home now as well, so my hiatus from blogging wasn't as long as I anticipated! Looking forward to getting back into it and documenting life in Auckland :) x

ReplyDeletethe feeling of leaving your memory card at home is horrid! i've done that a handful of times & hated myself for it, too! and my phone camera -ha, let's just say, i'm dinosaur age w/ my phone.

Oh god, I've forgotten my memory card a bunch of times too, is so annoying. Anyway, even if the quality is not a the same as the one of a canon, the picture came out very well, that cheetah is lovely :)
