This year Lomography held their first ever Blog Awards and I'm happy to say that Here Comes the Sun was named as one of the 20 runners up! And I'm even happier to say that my good friend Liss (whom I just recently featured for her amazing film photography here) was named as one of five overall winners! Congrats Liss :) Check out the full list of winners here. In celebration I thought I would share with you a few of my favourite film photos I've taken over the years.

It's been awhile since I've picked up one of my film cameras but I really should get back into it again! I think I sometimes prefer the convenience of my digital camera or instagram but you really can't beat the charm of film and the excitement of picking up a newly developed roll!
