Gisborne Roadie | Part I

Last week Jeremy and I took an extra few days off and headed down the coast to spend some time with my side of the family in Gisborne. Usually when I'm on holiday I still find the time to blog but this time I decided to not worry about the lack of wifi and just enjoy the down time and being disconnected for a bit.

We had absolutely perfect weather the whole time and enjoyed exploring different parts of the country as well as much needed catch up time with all my relatives. It was actually kinda hard to believe it was the middle of winter while we were sitting in the sun with bare arms enjoying 25 degree (celsius) warmth!

Anyway, the break was amazing but it also feels good to be back here again! I have a few posts planned to share what we got up to while we were away so I'll be playing catch up this week :) xx

  5. Aww you guys are so cute! I love the five photos that you posted...I'm sure the others are amazing! It's kind of nice to get refreshed and be away from wifi and non-stop internet sometimes :)

Sounds like you had a wonderful little getaway!

  12. Yeah, we don't get 25C in the Winter in the UK. In fact, it's Summer and it's only about 27C right now. Ha!

Looks beautiful where you are. Hope you had a wonderful time.
